Brook and Partners Completes ISO Training for Luxury Travel Operator

This week, Brook and Partners delivered ISO training to a well established luxury travel operator to enable it to improve processes and quality of service to customers. The training was a half day training and involved creative group work at the end to challenge participants and apply their learning. The training was attended by staff as well as senior management.
