Completion of ISO Gap Analysis Audit for Luxury Travel Operator

Brook and Partners have successfully completed the ISO Gap Analysis Audit for our newest client in the luxury travel industry. The Gap Audit is an initial assessment of the organization covering all aspects of its business and how much deviation or compliance is there with the reference ISO standard requirements. The next steps will be to follow a roadmap of action items to bring the organization to the required standard and successfully achieve certification.
