Fazla Ahmed

Specialist Skills Instructor

Fazla is a Customer Service Expert and Instructor. She is a renowned cabin crew specialist and trainer with 15 years experience spanning the most decorated period of Maldives aviation. She started as a cabin crew at Maldivian in 2007 and quickly rose to inflight supervisor and it did not take long for other companies to notice her talent. She joined Mega Maldives Airlines in 2011 and went on to play a pivotal role in the most complex flight operations in Maldives aviation history. With a myriad of unique experiences taking her to Macau, India, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Palau, Hong Kong and Middle East in the first Maldives registered wide body aircraft operations, she grew and perfected her skills in delivering excellent customer service and inflight experience delighting passengers with her attentiveness and dedication and handling numerous challenging inflight situations.


She then joined Maldivian once again in 2018 at ground operations department where she was the in-charge of service quality. She also acted as an instructor for staff grooming and customer skills, carried out staff performance assessments and oversaw staff rewards systems. She currently serves the National Carrier as Manager, Maldivian Lounge Services.
